Q: Are the bags heavy?
A: Layrich bags are designed with a combination of lightweight nylon and genuine leather. Most styles weigh approximately 0.4–0.6 kg, making them suitable for daily commuting and extended outings.
Q: Can I fit a laptop in it?
A: The capacity varies by style. Some bags can accommodate laptops. Please refer to the size, capacity diagrams, and product descriptions on each product page.
Q: Are the bags suitable for Taiwan's weather?
A: Yes. The bag's fabric has water-repellent properties, making it suitable for daily commuting, light rain, and humid weather in Taiwan.
Q: Is water-repellent equivalent to completely waterproof?
A: No. Water-repellent properties can handle light daily rain and water splashes, but prolonged exposure to rain, immersion, or direct washing is not recommended. If it gets wet, it is recommended to wipe it with a dry cloth as soon as possible and air dry naturally.
Q: Are the magnetic fasteners secure? Do they open easily?
A: Some Layrich bags use patented German Fidlock magnetic fasteners, which require a specific sliding motion to open. They are not prone to accidental opening during daily use and also enhance the convenience of accessing items.
Q: I'm not sure which style suits me, how do I choose?
A: For commuting to work, you can choose a Tote or Backpack; for light daily outings, a Pouch; and for short trips or business travel, a Weekender. You can also choose the style that suits you based on the capacity diagrams and usage scenarios on the product page.
Q: Is it suitable for gifting?
A: Yes. Layrich bags have a minimalist design and high practicality, making them suitable gifts for office workers, commuters, or those who appreciate Japanese-style quality.
Q: Will the product color differ from the photos?
A: We strive to make product photos as close to the actual product as possible, but there may be slight differences due to varying screen brightness and color rendition. The actual color will be based on the received product.

Q: How long does it take for orders to ship?
A: Standard orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the region and logistics.

Q: What payment methods are supported?
A: Currently, the website supports LINE Pay and credit card payments. If other payment methods are added in the future, the website will be updated accordingly.

A: The website's payment process is handled through the Shopify system and third-party payment gateways. Layrich does not directly store your complete credit card information.

A: Yes. Layrich offers a 7-day appreciation period, which is not a trial period. The product must remain new and unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact, to be eligible for returns or exchanges according to the website's policy.
Q: Under what circumstances are returns or exchanges not accepted?
A: Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, stains, scratches, odors, detached tags, or incomplete packaging.
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: Please contact customer service as soon as possible after receiving the product, providing your order number and product photos. We will assist with verification and resolution.

Q: How should I care for genuine leather and water-repellent fabric?
A: For daily care, wipe with a dry cloth. If it encounters light rain or water droplets, it's recommended to wipe them dry quickly.
