This website is operated by Layrich Co., Ltd. (Business Registration No. 83388252), a company legally registered in Taiwan. We provide handbag and accessory sales, order processing, shipping, and customer support services.

Shipping Areas

Layrich currently supports shipping to the United States through the Layrich U.S. website.

This Shipping Policy is intended for customers shopping from the United States on the Layrich U.S. website. If checkout shows that delivery is available to your shipping address, this means we currently support shipping to that area.

Final shipping availability, shipping methods, delivery time, and shipping fees are based on the information displayed at checkout.

U.S. Order Processing Time

For U.S. orders, order processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment is completed and order information has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, national holidays, and other non-working days.

Orders may take longer to process during promotional periods, peak seasons, holidays, inventory checks, logistics congestion, customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

U.S. Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time to the United States is approximately 7–15 business days.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination address, logistics provider, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free U.S. Shipping

Free U.S. shipping is available for eligible orders and will be shown at checkout.

If a product page, promotional page, or checkout page displays free shipping, the conditions shown on that page will apply. Final shipping fees are based on the checkout page before payment is completed.

Shipping Fees

Actual shipping fees depend on the delivery area, shipping method, order amount, promotional offers, and information displayed at checkout.

If an order originally qualified for free shipping but no longer meets the free shipping condition after a return, the original shipping fee that was waived may be recalculated and deducted from the refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Currency

Product prices and shipping fees may be displayed or processed in TWD. If any USD amount is shown on the website, it is provided for reference only.

The final order amount, shipping fee, and payment currency will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For U.S. orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges may apply depending on U.S. customs regulations and the shipping method used.

If any additional customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees are required by the destination country or region, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Notification and Tracking

If delivery fails, the package is returned, or re-shipment is required due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, an unreachable recipient, an undeliverable address, or any reason not caused by Layrich, the customer may be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.

Delivery Issues, Damaged Items, or Lost Packages

Please inspect the outer packaging and product contents as soon as possible after receiving your order.

If the package is seriously damaged during delivery, the product is damaged, items are missing, the wrong product is delivered, or any other delivery issue occurs, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number, product photos, outer packaging photos, and, if available, an unboxing video so that we can assist with verification and handling.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by logistics delivery, product defect, wrong shipment, or another reason not attributable to the customer, Layrich will assist with replacement, re-shipment, return, or refund. Necessary related shipping fees will be covered by Layrich.

Pre-Order Items and Special Shipment Items

If a product page states that an item is a pre-order item, restock item, or special shipment item, the actual shipping time will be based on the time stated on the product page, promotional page, or order notification.

If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, Layrich may arrange combined shipment or separate shipment depending on the actual situation.

Force Majeure

If shipment or delivery is delayed due to natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, epidemics, government measures, traffic interruptions, logistics provider disruptions, system maintenance, strikes, customs inspections, or other force majeure events, Layrich will do its best to assist. However, the actual delivery time will depend on the logistics provider and the circumstances at the time.
